Integrated systems: MuseumPlus-Portfolio-Synchronizer

The partnership with  Extensis enables seamless integration between Extensis' Digital Asset Management System "Portfolio Server" and zetcom's Collection Management System "MuseumPlus".

CMS and DAM synchronization lets cultural heritage institutions combine object information with the associated digital content easily and efficiently. Thanks to this comprehensive management solution, all data (whether digital assets, object information or metadata) can be effortlessly found, converted and re-used.


zetcom's partnership with Collections Trust

zetcom has an ongoing partnership with  Collections Trust. Spectrum - The UK Museum Collections Management Standard - represents a common understanding of good practice for collections management in museums. It draws directly on the expertise and experience of practising museum professionals both within the UK and internationally. MuseumPlus supports all procedures and information units laid down by Spectrum.

The  GSA vendor certification and verification process is a long and thorough examination of a vendor’s products, company viability (including its financials, credit hisory, and references), plus research to confirm that a product's quality and pricing level is competitive including discount levels. Our approval as a qualified GSA contract holder certifies to US Government agencies that zetcom‘s products, pricing, and performance may be purchased without competitive bidding if the product specification meets the agency's need.
