This is an essential precondition to match the work of the different fields and responsibilities. Depending on the special fields of work, each employee has different access rights. With respect to this fact, data can be recorded, read, deleted or changed.

MuseumPlus offers multilevel security features with audit trail that provides assignable security levels for all modules in order to permit or deny user access down to the record level. In addition to this, it is possible to create a security level for every single field (public/unblocked, confidential, top secret).

All database changes are listed and can be checked in the log list.
