Optimal support with the ISL Light Remote Desktop
Forthwith zetcom is offering additional support to all MuseumPlus customers: with just a few mouse clicks you can activate your Windows desktop with MuseumPlus for one of our staff, so that he or she can follow questions and problems directly onscreen (so called “Remote Desktop”). Reciprocally it is also possible for us to “show” you our desktop for example to demonstrate a function. In this way, often cumbersome and time-consuming explanations become unnecessary, by you simply showing us the function to which you have a question!
