Like MuseumPlus, eMuseumPlus is designed as a modular suite. You can pick and choose the modules best suited to your requirements.

 

The web based client software comes with advanced security features. Only data intended for public viewing is exported to the web server. Original and confidential data is protected at all times and internet users can never access your MuseumPlus backend database. You can set individual access rights dependent on your needs. Access to non-public data and information can be limited to authenticated users.

The following modules are available for eMuseumPlus

1. Collection
The collection module publishes general and detailed information of your objects from the

MuseumPlus backend database. You can provide your web audience with a perfect insight

into your collections including images, media and reference information.

2. Artists
Comprehensive background information about the artists, companies or workshops comes

on top of the object information. Life dates and places , biographies and more is available to the

curious online user.

3. Literature
You may publish the full bibliographic references for your collection objects to serve the scientific

community.

4. Exhibitions
This option gives an overview of current and upcoming exhibitions. You can inform your audience

about the educational program, press reviews and further exhibitions details.

5. Events
Users get an instant overview of all upcoming events and can call up all event-related images

and documents. A calendar function helps the visitors to plan and prepare their trip.

6. Multimedia
Multiple images per object record, downloadable documents, video, audio - whatever digital

assets you want to offer on your website.

7. Virtual tour
Visitors can take a virtual tour of the museum based on a floorplan and check out, which exhibits

are on display in which gallery and room. Based on the MuseumPlus Location Management, the

information is always up-to-date.
