Over 1.000 clients in more than 30 countries are using our flexible software solutions (SaaS) to develop and maintain cultural heritage, to manage daily business or to administer environmentally relevant institutions. What you can expect

  • Deliver and exceed quarterly and annual targets including compiling and monitoring weekly and quarterly forecasts and creating a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a healthy active pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Working with a CRM and keeping the information up to date
  • Conduct effective outreach with both inbound and outbound opportinities
  • Uncover prospect challenges that we can help them resolve through a value based selling approach
  • Build relationships at management level and day-to-day buyer level
  • Ensure all clients are delighted and can promote internally a positive experience of zetcom
  • Develop relationships that encourage referrals to other departments or divisions.
  • Create offers and proposals that resolve identified prospect needs and articulate the benefits of working with zetcom
  • Conduct quarterly territory reviews to understand and plan for growth in your clients or prospects
  • Collaborate with the Account Management, Project Management and Marketing to create a personalised account-based approach
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the solutions zetcom offers and its systems

What you should bring

  • 2-6 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, Sales or equivalent position
  • Familiarity with B2B enterprise and complex SaaS solutions
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Experience working with international clients  
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
  • Track record of generating sales opportunities and customer-facing activities
  • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
  • Experience in the cultural fields and arts industry is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German, any other language is a plus
