Project Manager (CMS)

What you can expect

  • Successful implementation of our collection management solutions in both private and public museums, collections, and galleries
  • Planning, execution, and navigation of projects mainly in Spain in compliance with scope, time, and budget
  • Analysis of client requirements, defining solutions as well as specifying change requests
  • Definition of work packages, assignments to engineers, and assurance of solution quality
  • Pre-analysis of databases and mapping of data sources for migration
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with attentive customer care and by managing expectations of stakeholders
  • Conduct workshops and product trainings, provide support for pre-sales activities
  • Assist in local customer support (2nd level)
  • Opportunities to lead other international customer projects

What you should bring

  • University degree (preferable computer sciences, economics, or cultural studies)
  • Interest and satisfaction working with clients from the cultural sector and non-profit organisations
  • Approximately five years of professional experience, first experience in a full or partial leading role for IT projects,
    ideally with web-based systems and relational data structures
  • Spanish fluent in writing and speaking, Catalan mother tongue is an advantage
  • Very good communication in English, both in speech and written form
  • High level of independency, responsibility, and teamwork skills (particularly in virtual teams)
  • Willingness to occasionally travel (national and international)
  • Aspiration for service and customer satisfaction, entrepreneurial spirit with the will to represent our brand in the
  • Knowledge of collection management, documentation or archiving systems and requirement engineering are of
  • Skilled use of helpdesk/ticket systems are of advantage
