Does SaaS fit my institution?

Software as a Service means that you can outsource your IT infrastructure. This means that the software and your data are installed on a server hosted by zetcom. This saves you from having to purchase your own expensive and complex IT infrastructure.

SaaS is the optimal option for you if one of the following criteria applies to your institution:

No desire to buy software. This means a low initial investment.
Limited budget for IT infrastructure
Limited IT resources and no expansion planned

How does SaaS work?

Your application runs on a dedicated managed server. Our hosting service is reliable and is configured to meet the client’s individual requirements.

Online storage and backup

Where is my data stored?

Individual online storage is available and accessible from any computer. All your data and images are fully backed up daily.

In the event of a system or hardware failure, or whenever you need it, we can restore the system to any state. Note that historical backups require more storage space than a simple daily backup.

How is data protected?

Access protection and data security are guaranteed at every step of the process. All SaaS applications are web-based and are started automatically after successful authentication by the user. There is no need to install or configure anything.
