Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Please contact privacy@zetcom.com for updates and changes to standard contracts.

Basically not – MuseumPlus or all solutions provided by zetcom are in most cases provided as standardized SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions. The technical components used are therefore standardized. In the context of tenders, the necessary legal documents are checked by zetcom’s sales department, which are accepted as subsidiary in the case of a submission.

zetcom provides different DPAs (Data Processing Agreements) in the respective regions and based on the underlying infrastructure. In this context, the term DPA (Data Processing Agreement) is also used, which defines the rights and obligations of the client and contractor as well as any necessary subcontractors.

Please let your respective zetcom contact know as soon as possible if you have any special requirements regarding quotations, invoices (PO numbers), contracts (EVB-IT) or systems (tender portals, SAP Ariba, etc.). We can then take your specifications into account.

No – customer-specific configurations or elements that are issued as “custom code” are excluded from regular maintenance for updates or adjustments unless explicitly stated as “custom code maintenance”. This is shown as a percentage of the custom code costs on the respective offer. If not foreseeable at the start of the project, customers can also include various components in custom code maintenance at a later date – please contact sales@zetcom.com.

If required, the digital assets based on the format module name/[RecordID].[file name].[file extension] are also delivered. 8.4 Additional costs shall be incurred for the provision of the requested data in accordance with Section 8.3.
